My approach to therapy: I’m a white, cisgender woman from Tampa, FL. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, and I’m currently in the final semester of my master’s program in Mental Health Counseling at the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. At the heart of my approach is the belief that people are doing the best they can at any given time—yet life’s challenges, experiences, and development can sometimes make it difficult to feel whole, balanced, connected, and grow. My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate those challenges, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can explore freely, feel heard, and begin to build on their own strengths and resilience.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a private practice setting, where I supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of presenting concerns. I’m excited to now bring that practice to USF students with their own unique backgrounds and experiences, and continue learning and growing as a counselor. I work under the supervision of a licensed Mental Health Counselor to ensure I’m providing the highest level of care while continuing to strengthen my skills.

A Fun Fact: In my free time, I love playing pickleball, seeing loved ones, and spending time with my cat, Maple.
