To become a USF Early University Programs "Dual Enrollment" Partner, click on the Articulation Agreements link. Per Florida Statute, all Students participating in EUP must have a Counselor Approval Form (CAF) submitted by the school counselor or Home School Administrator for any courses to be registered at USF. This ensures the DE courses are needed for high school graduation requirements and USF can verify the courses can be applied toward a BS/BA degree. |

Students applying to Early Admissions with EUP should ensure that all test scores, transcripts, GPA, immunization, residency, and online application have been completed. All these and the application are due prior to March 1st, deadline no exceptions. Start with the online application. The Application link is here: Deadline for EUP application is on March 1st. This includes official test scores, unofficial high school transcripts, immunization forms, residency and any other documentation as needed. (See website for application process). |

Week 1, Each DE student has an account set up in the USF Bookstore, with funds for textbooks. All Textbooks must be bought by the first week of classes. The deadline is Friday or students may lose their Funding Credits through Follett. Go here for textbook purchasing directions. STUDENTS SHOULD BUY THEIR TEXTBOOKS ONCE THEY KNOW THEIR SCHEDULES AND FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. DO NOT DELAY!
Week 1, Late July or Early August, students who are taking online or USF campus courses will register themselves through MyUSF Student Self Service for the approved courses that were discussed with their school counselor/ Homeschool parent/ Administrator. This includes all Online Courses and USF Campus courses. registration occurs when the non-degree registration period opens. Students must complete prior to 3/01. Students are informed of denial to EUP / USF Early Admission as their applications are processed. Students will submit a completed EUP / prior to 3/01. They must also send official test scores and unofficial transcripts to USF admissions that are confirmed by their counselor and are evaluated by USF to ensure that the student meets the Early Admissions Profile prior to March 1st. Only School Counselors or Homeschool/PEP Administrators can submit the completed Early Admissions Counselor Approval Form (CAF) for USF fall registration; due by March 1st. Students should have a completed online application (do not pay), official test scores, appropriate GPA, high school transcripts submitted to admissions, prior to March 1st. Once admitted, students must sign up for ORIENTATION (on MyUSF Self-Service Student Portal, or call your campus), no exceptions ($fee/person). Once completed, the registration process will begin and students will be assigned an advisor. |

Only School Counselors or Homeschool Administrators can submit Early Admissions Counselor Approval Form (CAF) not students. The CAF indicates the remaining courses needed for high school graduation. School Counselors should advise students on how to submit official test scores and transcripts to USF admissions or students will be dropped. All students must attend the first day of each course when classes begin in the fall.

Students planning on applying and attending as Early Admission dual enrollment students should be finalizing all the requirements listed above. There are no exceptions to the March 1st Deadline. Students planning on applying and attending as Early Admission dual enrollment students should be finalizing orientation plans to prepare for registration that starts late March or Early April for degree seeking students. Dual Enrollment students that complete orientation are given an assigned time to register ticket. They will log in on their assigned time and self register for courses. This assigned time may be after the month of April when registration starts.

Late February Early March High School Campus Instructors must submit Mid-Term grades for Spring in CANVAS. Instructor must adhere to deadlines. (See Important Dates) March 15 or before, Public School District Coordinators and or schools submit high school course planning sheets for the next school year. Dual Enrollment students that complete orientation are given an assigned time to register ticket. They will log in on their assigned time and self register for courses.
